Chemical name: Triethyl Phosphate (TEP)

Applications: TEP is used as a flame retardant, strength agent of rubber and plastic, the raw material of pesticides, stabilizing agent of resin.

Safety advice:

TEP is labelled according to the EC directive 67/548 and its guidelines. Before processing the product we recommend reading the safety data sheet.

Supply and storage:

TEP is supplied in isotank of 20MT net, or in IBC of 1MT net, or in steel drums of 200KG net. The storage temperature should be as close as possible to the temperature at which the material will be processed. Short-term warming or cooling of the product to low temperature does not damage the product. TEP hydrolyses in storage, resulting in a slow increase of the acid number, therefore moist and wet conditions are to be avoided.

Note:

1. Avoid the inhalation of vapor or mist droplets.

2. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.

3. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin.

4. Store in a sealed container to prevent absorbing moisture.

5. Use only with adequate ventilation.

6. Wash thoroughly with soap after contacting with skin.

2.   储存条件：

o   温度： 储存温度应尽可能接近加工温度。短期的升温或降温（至低温）不会对产品造成损害。

o   关键： 必须避免潮湿环境。TEP在储存中会水解，导致酸值缓慢上升。应储存在密封容器中以防吸潮。

1.   通风： 仅在充分通风的条件下使用。

2.   吸入： 避免吸入其蒸气或雾滴。

3.   接触防护：

o   避免接触眼睛、皮肤和衣物。

o   避免长期或反复接触皮肤。

o   皮肤接触后，立即用肥皂和水彻底清洗。

储存： 储存于密封容器中，防止吸潮。
